- When will my order ship?
- If the item(s) is in stock, please allow 2 business day for processing. For pre-order and back ordered items, order will ship as soon as the item(s) become available. If there are any changes in the shipment schedule, you will be notified by email.
- How long do international orders take to arrive?
- For normal shipping method, your item will be shipped by Hong Kong Post Registered Airmail. The estimated delivery time would be 7 - 14 business days (varies from countries). For express shipping method, your item will be shipped by UPS / DHL / EMS. The estimated delivery time would be 3 - 7 business days (varies from countries). - What is the return policy ?
- Our 30 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days from receipt of item. It must be un opened with seals and shrink wraps intact and must not have been opened or uses. We can offer a replacement or a full refund for faulty items. We reserve the right to return goods back to you if they have been opened and are not faulty. The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
