Handling Time: All in-stock items will ship within 2 business days (This policy is applicable to all shipping methods)

Delivery Time: For Hong Kong / Macau / China, your item will be shipped by SF Express or other couriers. The estimated delivery time is 2 - 3 business days.
For other countries:
For normal shipping method, your item will be shipped by Hong Kong Post Registered Airmail or Singapore Post Registered Airmail. The estimated delivery time is 7 - 14 business days (vary depends on countries).; For express shipping method, your item will be shipped by UPS / DHL / EMS. The estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 business days (vary depends on countries).

Shipping Origin: Normally, your item will be shipped from Hong Kong. However, your item may be shipped from China or Singapore in some occassion.

Shipping Fee: FREE EXPRESS Shipping is offered for Hong Kong / Macau / China
For other countries:
For normal shipping method, the shipping fee is USD 5.00 per order. FREE SHIPPING offered for order of USD 39.00 or more.
For express shipping method, the shipping fee is USD 10.00 per order. FREE SHIPPING offered for order of USD 79.00 or more.

Custom Duties / Tax: The recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination.

Incorrect Address: Orders returned to us due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
