- When will my order ship?
- For order placed before 12:00 noon, order will be dispatched on the same day. For order placed after 12:00 noon, order will be dispatched on next business day.
- How long do orders take to arrive?
- Under normal circumstances, your item will be delivered within 3 business days by SF Express.
- What is the return policy ?
- We offer 7 days "no questions asked return policy" provided that the return meet following condition:
- Returns request must be raised by sending email to cs@store.mipow.com 7 days (168 hours) from the time you receive the item.
- Item must be in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging.
- If the product is not faulty, customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

- Please email us at cs@store.mipow.com with your order confirmation OR first and last name on the order.
